21 day total body transformation

Individual Plan or Family Plan - 3 months 

Month 1​

• Week 1 is for getting you prepared and informed on how you will eat, live, and move Primally for the next 3 weeks

• Initial intake questionnaire that you complete and we review before our first session

• 30 minute discovery call from me to review questionnaire, to see if we are a match and find out if you'd like to proceed

• 21 Day Total Body Transformation book and journal

• 4 sessions per month, meeting once a week

• Follow up emails after each session

• Give you knowledge and understanding into why and how the Primal lifestyle and way of eating will transform you and tell you what you can expect in the first 21 days

• Pantry purge and restock either in person, via Skype, email or phone

• Grocery store trip, if you live locally

• Supplement review and suggestions

• Discounts on supplements (if desired) from The Primal Blueprint store

• A personalized action plan

• Unlimited email correspondence between sessions

• My full support and motivation to keep going

• Primal movement action items and help with how to exercise and move Primally

• Daily Diet and exercise challenges

Months 2 and 3​

• Continued support and guidance from me to help you stay motivated and empowered to keep living Primally forever

• 2 sessions per month, once every other week

• Showing you how to incorporate intermittent fasting (now that you've become a fat burner) on a daily or weekly basis to help increase weight loss and overall health

• Introducing the 80/20 rule for variety with food choices, though for me 95/5 works best

• Doing another round of the 21 days (strict Primal) if you decide you'd like to further your weight loss

• Additional advice and tips about living Primally
